My Mounted Giclee Prints

 

I have been mounting limited edition giclee prints of my paintings on frames of baltic birch for a presentation that is not under glass.  After mounting, they are sealed with an archival wax that hardens to a clear hard finish.  This method of mounting eliminates the glare associated with a framing under glass or acrylic.  It is also less expensive and is similar to many oil or acrylic painting mountings.  These prints are fully protected and are archival.

 

 

My Framed Originals

 

My framed original paintings have double off-white beveled matts, with an archival foam backing board and Nielson metal frames.  Most of the frames are brushed pewter, or brushed silver.  Some are black or a complementary color to enhance the painting.  The frames have a .093 thick acrylic (glass) to reduce glare.
